Family favorite and easy to make. If any are left over they don’t last long. I roll them in the almond flour and add green onions.

The the best version of keto sausage balls I have tried. They do need to drain on a towel. More oil cooked out than the other versions so be careful handling cooking tray. Will make again.

Great! Simple to make and delicious. Easy to grab & go with leftovers when you need a filling snack or super fast breakfast.

The sausage balls were very good. I went by the recipe and used coconut oil. I may add a little more cheese next time because I love cheesey.

So easy and so delicious - made with quality sausages and just opened the casings to take the stuffing out. Served with cauliflower gratin, perfect keto comfort food.

My husband and I loved them but I think I’m gonna cut down on the flour they were just a tad bit dry. But other than that awesome great breakfast for on the run!

We were expecting a different taste and texture. I may try again with GF flour instead of almond flour. There was an overwhelming almond flour taste.

Turned out great! I cut the amount of almond flour in half to have less carbs and it was wonderful !

These were a disappointing flop for me.... Sausage I used was very spicy, and these tasted way too much like almond flour.... i used a cookie scoop which is the equivalent to 1 Tbsp. Now I have 20 plus of these and I don’t know what to do with them.

These are easy to make and taste really good. I make them with hot breakfast sausage and it makes enough for a whole weeks worth of breakfast.

these turned out ok but might have been my fault. i lined the pan with foil to reduce cleanup but i think affected cook time/ temp - had to turn up heat and add time. i think they stuck worse to the foil than they would have to a bare pan. the crunchy cheesy bits that stuck are the very bits that make these so delicious. i will try again but will not use foil. perhaps parchment or commando.

These turned out great! Made them for an office party so I doubled the recipe which made about 40, but I cut the amount of almond flour in half (just seemed like way too much) and they were great. 20 minutes or a little longer was better to give the cheese time to get crispy, but might have taken longer since I had two sheet pans in oven at once. Used parchment paper on pans for easy clean up. Will definitely make these again!

these sausage balls were wonderful. I will make these again soon! As previously mentioned if you make them a bit smaller the recipe will make more than 25.

good. smaller ball size is better and stick with finely shredded sharp cheddar. we had larger/farmhouse shredded cheese and it didnt bind as well. used hot sausage for more flavor. i look forward to making it again!

This is so easy to make. And delicious. It brought back memories from when my mom made them for Christmas every year. Family loves them. They will be a favorite throughout the year.

These are delicious! But careful of the cheese. It can make a mess on the pan.
