Love the sauce I did add a tad bit more vinegar and Dijon as far as time and the ease it took I give it 5 STARS

This was such a great recipe. Very easy to make. I peeled the silver off the back of the ribs and put then in a foil roasting pan covered with foil on my kamodo joe for 2-1/2 hours at 250 degrees. Basted them with sauce on both sides and put directly on the grill for 7 minutes a side and they fell right off the bone. This recipe is a keeper.
