- 3 spring onions (sliced into thin strips)

too much chicken if your feeding 4 people. I'd be tempted to use 2 large chicken breasts or 3 small ones. the sauce is great. I've never used baking powder in the batter mix before, what a difference.
this will remain in my list of regular dishes.

Excellent did not have celery seed so used fennel seeds it was really tasty. Served with rice and stir fried red peppers and broccoli Made as directed.. fennel seeds added a really nice flavour. The only thing hubby said was it was very salty so maybe that was the Korean pepper sauce

I have to agree with other reviewers- this is absolutely delicious! My family loved this- best fried chicken ever.

This is my GO-TO fried chicken recipe. Everyone loves it. I don’t make the sauce—I use a good store bought Gochuchang but the actual chicken in this recipe is banging!
