  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 1/2 cups low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup chili paste
  • 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch (mixed with water, cook until thick, toss with meatballs, sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.)
