Came out very watery.
Less lemon juice. I would put some olive oil on the chickem whem cooking.

Tasted great with the bread but seriously very sour to me.

Simple and delicious. Will add the optional chopped parsley at the end next time.

Really enjoyed this dish. My husband liked it too. I cooked the thighs in an iron skillet & added finely diced onions & mushrooms to the last 20 minutes & had that with the chicken and basmati rice. Really good way to cook chicken thighs instead of the usual BBQ. Will make again.
