Excellent!! I had never cooked salmon before and wanted a simple, tasty recipe! This one was fail-proof!! So easy! And SO GOOD! I added an organic plain yogurt with lemon juice and diced onion just as a compliment sauce!

This was honestly the best salmon I’ve ever made...it was flaky and juicy and buttery. I added lots of coarse black pepper and sea salt flakes and I also wrapped each fillet along with all the other ingredients in loose foil parcels. Soooo yummy! Served it with baby asparagus and some samphire.

This Salmon Was Awesome. It’s 100% the butter. I used dried dill and it was fine.

Great recipe! Easy to set up and the timing in the oven was perfect.
