We used a whole pack of noodles and tripled the sauce! Added tofu as well! Definitely recommend and will make again! Fast and easy!

This is very good. I used regular spaghetti. It kept well all week. The portion sizes are a little small. I doubled the recipe, and got 7 moderate portions. Easy to make.

Easy and delicious! I added chicken as my husband likes a protein with this type dish. I also doubled the sauce recipe. I’ll definitely make again, but with shrimp or steak. cheers!

All of the reviews about the sauce are spot on. Definitely needs more. Its a good base recipe though if you have another sauce you'd like to add to it

Definitely not enough sauce, even after doubling it. Won’t be making again.

There’s just not enough sauce. Also, wheat pasta does not belong in lo mein. It was a great idea, though! It just didn’t taste too good. But you could definitely tweak this to make it so!

As a few have stated, it could do with more sauce. The recipe doesn't call for it, but remember to add salt! Lastly, and this may come down to personal preference, but I'd substitute sriracha for some red pepper flakes instead.

Not enough sauce for the amount of noodles and veggies

It was good. I also doubled the recipe, but I felt like we needed more sauce . I would make it again.

I added chicken to make it a more filling lunch, which lasts easily over 5 days.
