I would like it better with nuts. At 25 minutes it was slightly under baked. A bit too sweet

Delicious and easy to prepare. I used full fat buttermilk and vanilla flavoured greek yoghurt.

It turned out really nice. It's a nice light version of a coffee cake. The whole family enjoyed this for breakfast. Thanks for sharing.
