- 2 tsp. tomato paste (for potatoes)
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup tomato paste (for sauce)
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil (for vegetables)
- 2 rib celery
- 1 carrot
- 1 jalapeño pepper
