    Delicious! Took a bit of time to make and needed to cook the potatoes longer but all in all wonderful dish. I served with some Mediterranean rice.

    Delicious! We loved everything about this. Very easy prep. We ate this with focaccia bread and used the bread to soak up the pan sauce.

    Oh my gosh this was the most delicious dinner with chicken that I’ve had in a long time my entire family loved it! We had it the next night as well they wanted it again! What is a wonderful recipe so easy to make we’re going to have it again next weekend!

    This recipe is so easy, and sooo delicious. I use a cast iron to brown my chicken, then transfer to a 13x9 and fill in with the veggie because it does not all fit in the cast iron. I do cut up potatoes and a cut a sweet potato mixed in. So good.

    So it turned out pretty great, my son actually loves it and he’s a picky eater for a two-year-old. I added a couple my own seasonings just to make it a little spicy. And instead of using thighs are use drumsticks and it still turned out great

    This turned out so good! I didn't have any capers so I just avoided adding them. O will definitely be adding this to my go-tos especially since it was super easy to make.
