Wonderful. Very nice, healthy change from regular breakfasts. Used 2 eggs & 4 egg whites. Will try w grilled mushrooms next time.

Good, I didn’t have fresh basil so just doubled dry basil which in turn made it a little dry. But I do like the hint of basil. Makes scrambled eggs a little more interesting
