It tasted good but needs more flavor so I added yum yum sauce and siracha

This is a great recipe. I used the whole tortilla. And goat cheese and they were a really great and filling lunch.

We do appetizer or tapas night at least once a week in our house and these made a great addition! They were very simple to make with only a few ingredients and came out surprisingly tasty. I didn't cut the tortillas into smaller circular ones as the recipe instructed. Instead I just cut each quesadilla in half after it was made. I can see how it would make them "cuter" and easier for kids if they were cut into smaller circular tortillas but I didn't want to waste any tortilla and it seemed unnecessary to me.
