- 1 cup Tahini
- extra virgin olive oil (to taste, for dip)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 pinch kosher salt (plus more to taste, for dip)
- 2 Tbsp. water (plus more if needed)

- ras el hanout (for garnish, optional)

Good - added WAY more water - subbed almond butter for tahini - maybe add garlic salt?
