Delicious! Only they fell apart, I think because of the juiciness of the onion. Pat onion dry well, and this is a winner! We serve in whole wheat pitas stuffed with spicy hummus, tabbouleh, and Isreali salad

Quick easy flavorful. Didn't use a grill but a cast iron pan and made the brochettes into small sausage type links for kids to enjoy.
