    keep it loght woth the saffron. roast the dates on a pan and add to the pot. Best dish ever

    Easy and tastefull. Only added curry and cayenne, because we love a bit spicy

    Perfect to prepare early, dump in the oven and then forget about. My very picky and pedantic resident food critic (2 year old) asked for seconds. One of the best stews I have ever made, thank you.

    Great recipe, but it should really specify how much salt/pepper to use. I ended up adding more to the pot before I put it in the oven.
