Great flavor and easy to make. Definitely will make again

I doubled the recipe in order to use all the pumpkin & [leftover] coconut [cream] I had, but it came out too runny and spicy (even though I used 1/4 the amount of cayenne), but not pumpkin-y enough. Next time I would reduce the amount of broth and leave out the cayenne. I did not add any salt, which was not needed since the canned chick peas contained salt and there are so many spices.

Pretty good, I think I could put much more cayene in the future. I put too much lemon juice when I made it, the recipie's suggested amount seems more appropriate.

Excellent. Good flavor. Whole family enjoyed. Will make again. Stuck to script

Did my first taste test on this and very nice. Feels very autumn like with the pumpkin (I used squash since now pumpkin could be found) and cinnamon, allspice and maple syrup. The cayenne gives it an unexpected bite. Will be eating it tomorrow so will see how the flavors come together

Great added potatoes too. Great flavor and easy to make. I don’t agree with the prep time of 5 min. Gathering, cutting and measuring all the ingredients took me more like 15-20 min. But other than that, delicious!

Amazing stew! Couldn't taste the pumpkin too much but still loved the combination of flavours and texture! Very comforting and filling meal.

I just finished dinner. Had to stop myself at 2nds! Though I omitted the pumpkin puree , and I added cubed butternut squash to the veggie base. And I also bloomed the spices in oil after I had the peppers, onions and squash sauteed. I must say, this was one of the best dishes I have made in awhile. DELISH!

Good, warming stew for a cold night. I added cauliflower; I think the dish would’ve been lacking heartiness without it. The chickpeas didn’t do much for me in this dish. I increased the amount of cumin and coriander and served over brown rice.

Excellent weeknight dish. I added 1# browned ground turkey and substituted stevia for maple syrup to conform to Fast Metabolism diet phase 1 or 3.

Really simple to make and incredibly delicious. The house smelled wonderful with the mix of spices and was perfect for a fall evening dinner.

This has an amazing flavor bled and was easy to make. My family loved it. Reminded my Indian husband of something his mom makes.

Yummy! Reminded me of spicy, savory curry. Served with Moroccan basmati rice. Will definitely make again.
