This turned out quite well. I subbed bacon for the pancetta and added onions as well. Next time I’m going to try some additional herbs to add even more flavor. 😋

I used ground turkey instead of pancetta. After reading reviews I will try again but with chorizo.

Loved it. Made adaptations like no butter, no pancetta but chipolata sausage (drained of fat and on kitchen towel) and added extra veg; leak. Also served on raw spinach. Very nice, next time even more veggies and mushroom mix.

Excellent. Delicious comfort food at its finest. Perfect the way it is but I feel like peppers and/or onions might add a nice texture. Swapped pancetta for chicken sausage. Will definitely make again.

Yuuuuum! I mean I love anything cheesy and creamy, so this was one of the best things I've ever tasted. I didn't add nutmeg, so I'm curious as to what type of flavor profile it adds, but it was delicious without! I also used much less spinach than called for (about 4 oz rather than the 10 the recipe states) and the amount was perfect. Definitely being made again! :)

Soo good! Followed the recipe but used bacon instead of pancetta and added frozen sweet peas! It was a favorite was asked to make it again soon! Great for a winter meal very filling

This is not the best review since I made a cheap version of this, I’m sure if I made it with the exact ingredients stated it would have been perfect! First I made it with Canadian bacon instead of pancetta, next with bagged spinach instead of fresh, and packaged mozzarella cheese, not fresh. With that said, it was fantastic! Not bold in flavor but no where near bland. Just the right amount of moist and perfect for a comfort meal!
