The dough was less chewy and more crisp than I desired. I will try again with active yeast and warm water.

The dough I pressed out by hand was uneven, but that was my fault. The other half I rolled out with a rolling pin was perfect. And the dough itself (using tipo 00) came together with perfect ease and consistency.

Fantastic results! I put my pizza stone on my bbq and cranked it, the bottom of the crust turned out perfectly.

Dough was just as recipe described. Used scale to measure and it came out well!! Great for thin crust!
