Soooo Good and easy. Going to make it my second time now

These were just ok. May be something to do with the type of peanut butter I used (since the ingredients were literally peanuts and sea salt), but it did not quite do it for me. They won't go to waste, but the taste is a bit bland

I have been playing with this recipe because I love it so much. I have been adding ground raw pumpkin seeds, chopped walnuts, chopped pecans, ground flax seed, whole grain rice crisp cereal and in addition I replace the milk with extra virgin coconut oil. I have also made a few batches with ground coffee!!! I also use local honey instead of store bought as it is just another healthy / allergy benefit!! Next I'm wanting to try some fresh vanilla!!!

This recipe is a hit! The only thing we did different was substituted water for milk. I'm horribly lactose intolerant so I try to avoid dairy as much as possible. It still tastes awesome without the milk. My daughter also loves this recipe and she's super picky.

These are fantastic! I omitted the honey (there's no need to add sweetness to these IMO) and added an extra scoop of protein powder to really bump up the protein content. You might have to play around with adding extra wet ingredients if you add more protein powder. These make an easy breakfast after the gym on the way to work. Make sure you keep them refrigerated.
