A little spongey not sure if it’s supposed to be like that lol. But it was delicious! Real easy to make too and I burn everything so this was a masterpiece in my opinion Lol

Good basic bread recipe that you don't have to knead. I used a sheet pan and a pie pan of water in the over.

This was nice and simple! But I didn't realize it was an overnight or all day thing. That being said... i loved the video helps and the versatility of the recipe. I used 2.5 white flour and 1/2 cup wheat and added 1/4 c. seeds (sesame, caraway and dill)

Not sure if I did this right, but my dough was very loose. It was more pouring pudding into the Dutch oven then placing a ball of dough in. The crust is VERY crusty, again not sure if I did it right.

I DID IT, IT CAME OUT VERY GOOD. I FEEL THE CRUST COULD BE A LITTLE LESS CRUST. I DO NOT HAVE A DUTCH OVEN, I DID IT ON A STAINLESS STEEL PAN.
I WILL RATE A 5, BECAUSE I DO NOT LIKE TO TOUCH THE DOUGH.

I like this crusty bread. A good base bread that can be tweaked. I used active dry yeast that i activated (yeast, warm water, sugar) first before adding to the remaining ingredients. I also added a bit extra salt too. Bread tasted good but will add herbs, garlic, or jalapenos next time.

I would say spending the time to knead your bread it worth it. Although it baked well, it didn’t taste particularly great. I ate some, my son didn’t like it at all.

Tasty! I used 100% WW flour with 2 Tbsp gluten this bread was exactly what I was craving! The outside was crispy and the inside was soft and smooth. It was also super easy to make—except that my Dutch oven has feet, so it was a little tricky to finagle it into the oven rack!
