Absolutely incredible - I haven't aged mine yet but I had a nibble and it is everything a good fruit cake should be. I couldn't find citron so I omitted it and I also couldn't afford all the muscatel raisins, so I subbed 127g with raisins and currants. I would strongly recommend you go to the effort of finding mace; it really adds some oomf to the cake. This is surely going to be my go-to recipe.
