- 2 cups sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cornmeal
- 1 Tbsp. all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 large eggs (beaten well)
- 1/4 cup sweet cream butter (unsalted, melted and cooled)
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1 lemon
- 3 lemons (about ¼ cup juice)
