I’m no chef by any means but this SOB was restaurant quality. I just followed the directions exactly for a serving of 3 and marinated 10am-4pm ish.

This recipe was DELICIOUS!!! I'm not even a huge lemon fan but this dish was AMAZING!!! I did two different pans, one with boneless breast cutlets and another with bone in thighs because in my family we have different preferences but both were absolutely delicious!!! Even the kids said it was BUSSIN!!! 🙌🏼

This was amazing. I used skinless chicken breast and cut them into bite sized pieces and it was very tender and delicious. I also added a little bit of chicken broth so I had more sauce! I didn’t have fresh dill so I just used dill seasoning. Still absolutely amazing.

Perfect! I marinated my chicken overnight and used 1 and a quarter cups rice. Easy, cheap, tasty, single dish.

I just made this lemon chicken. It was delicious !
I added a handful of mixed lentils, a cup of dry wine while deglazing onions and garlic, 3 tablespoons each of drained capers and kalamata
pitted olives, and an extra 1.5 cups chicken stock.
Finished with parsley, lemon slices, and a generous handful of feta. Heavenly recipe ! Thank you !

Saw this in my email box this morning, prepared it for dinner with my Instant Pot, and it turned out great! The recipe works well in an Instant Pot by the way. I used rinsed brown rice, and cooked it on high manual pressure for 22 minutes with quick release. Turned out perfectly!
