Great quick meal. Looking forward to leftovers as flavors will meld overnight. I would let dish sit for 15 minutes after taking off stove so tofu can absorb more of the sauce

Very tomato-y, rec less tomatos, and more curry powder! But other than that it was great! Very quick and easy to put together

This was very good. I dried the tofu, but it didn't absorb much flavor. I added carrots slices and Poblano and Italian peppers. It needs scallions (before serving) and cinnamon (for sweetness). I will try it again and maybe find a way to cook the tofu in the sauce longer.

Excellent. Easy to make. Followed directions and went fine. Would add less lime next time because it made it too tangy. I also added cashews and avocado on top. Would make again with less lime. Easy and good.

It was good, I would lessen the lime/lime zest next time I make it to 3/4-1/2.

So delicious. So easy. I always use a flavored paste instead of the tomato paste

This was super easy to make, very yummy, and it will become a regular for weeknight suppers. I added a handful of chopped french beans for extra crunch.
