We added more salt, paprika and a bit of cayenne to taste. Super easy, will definitely be a repeat recipe.

Very good 👍🏼 I used chicken instead of tofu and coconut cream instead of coconut milk

The beans single-handedly ruined the flavor. It was very bland and needed more curry paste and ginger. I added some lime juice which improved it a little.

I used brown rice and thought it was boring, so the rice is probably the reason, but easy to make.

Turned out great. I used broccoli instead of green beans It did not taken as much but it was really good over the rice and my kids really liked it. I bet it will be even better the second day! Really ways right make.

YUM! Very good as is I will spice it up with Chili Garlic Sauce just cuz I like heat. But really good!

Delicious! I browned the tofu in a little peanut oil for extra flavor, and ended up doubling the red chili paste in the sauce.
