Made it last night and my bf took the left overs to work and everyone wanted some and he had to ask me for the recipe

Something is missing from this chicken. We found the flavor to be a bit "flat." I tried adding some lemon juice, which did help, but just not enough. A bit of cayenne or chili powder would probably add some depth and warmth. Will try again and make some more seasoning adjustments. The chicken was tender and juicy, the flavor just needs a boost.
