really really yummy and easy! I added a few more spices and garlic, and did regular garden tomatoes instead of sundried. served with mashed potatoes. will make again

i substituted 2 chicken breasts instead of thighs because my family doesn't handle dark meat well, and it turned out beautiful and yummy indeed... i also doubled the oil and tomatoes, and i will probably be a tad more generous with the paprika next time, just for a touch more flavor, but it was super yummy... and considering I've never cooked with asparagus before, or sundried tomatoes... i was Super impressed 👍 and so was my family.... this was a winner, and my mom has now asked for this to be her birthday meal ;)

Turn out great a keeper. Added sliced olives and sliced seeded Jalapeños was very refreshing and light.

read reviews and made some modifications... turned out great! Used smoked paprika. Added minced garlic along with the asparagus. Also added some pepitas on top. When tossing everything together, I added a few tablespoons of prepared pesto. Served over cauliflower rice!

I’ve made this a few times and like it a lot, easy, fast and tasteful!
Tonight I used whole fire roasted peppers in place of sun dried tomatoes and loved it! I also used chicken breast since I didn’t have thighs, while cut up in strips I was worried about over cooking. But on medium heat it was easy to watch and get right. Smoked paprika was the bomb!

Good recipe for Paprika Chicken, Asparagus & Sun-dried tomatoes. Next time, I will add capers and garlic seasoning.

This was a truly tasty dish. I added a pat of butter to the pan with the asparagus...it came out perfect.

Delicious. I have made this recipe so many times since first finding it here on Yummly. It's so quick to prepare, quite healthy and I'm a massive fan of paprika so the flavours are perfect for me. I recommend throwing a handful of hemp seeds on top to add that extra nutrition and nutty flavour.

it was delicious! I didn't cook the asparagus separately because I missed a step but it was still delicious! We had it with brown rice. definitely recommend this

Not bad, but didn’t love it. I used generous amounts of salt, paprika, black pepper, and thyme since others have said it could be bland. Also subbed cherry tomatoes for sundried ones and added stewed red bell peppers and used the oil from that jar instead. I liked it but wish I’d made pasta or rice to go with it.

This is great - I used smoked paprika and loved the subtle tomato taste it has by using the oil from the jar; I would have never thought of that. I also put the chicken over some Spanish rice which was a perfect addition. Satisfying and healthy meal.
