- onion (minced)
- olive oil
- pancetta
- 4 eggs
- salt

Directions
- Sautee onion in olive oil. Once it begins be translucent, add pancetta and cook through.
- Add Panna to pancetta and onion to make sauce.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, salt, pepper, and parmigiano cheese together.
- Cook pasta al dente.
- Once pasta is finished cooking, add panna sauce and egg mixture to noodles and mix thoroughly to combine and cook the eggs.
