- 200 grams short pasta
- 4 tomatoes (chopped into large pieces)
- 1/4 onion
- 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. parsley (finely chopped)
- 4 beef (small, slices)
- grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
- Cook the pasta in boiling water until firm—it will finish cooking in the tomato sauce. Strain and set aside for later.
- Place the tomato, onion, garlic, and water in the blender and liquefy. You may also add salt to the sauce before blending it.
- Heat up the olive oil in a large pan.

I’m sure when done as intended it taste great. However the instructions are too broad. 4 tomato’s? What kind? because the kind I used was way too much. What kind of onion? What cut of beef? And how big are your slices? How much water are you adding to the blender? Knowing what I know I assume it’s the pasta water but maybe specify that? Waisted a ton of ingredients because I had to guess on portions and types.
Edit: I added a star because I missed a step and that more than likely had an effect on the outcome. However the point remains that a lot of instructions were very broad and could stand to have some more specificity.
