Yum! Will do do this again. ESP on a cold day.

Dry. Flavorless. Now I have to find a way to use up dry, tough meat.

Good and not overcooked. Next time I will take photos. And give it a 5 star rating. I'll try also with another cut of beef. With a twist.

Not sure what we did wrong but it was really chewy. 🥴

Well, my oven started to cool down too fast after hr/half. The meat stopped cooking at 138F which is fine but it wasn’t hot enough for me so I put it in the oven at 500F for five minutes while the oven warmed up. The meat turned out beautifully and taste. I cooked with veggies on the bottom. I’m wondering if that effected the temp

IT Turned out GREAT!!! We have never liked our meat on the rare side so I followed to recipe to the letter and we were so surprised that the finished roast was just like we wanted. The only problem I found was that it was a little on the cool side when it was ready eat.

I used a seasoning blend and was surprised by how well the flavor seeped into the meat. The roast did not come out dry at all. I did not see the fine print about gas ovens until too late, but the 2.5 lb roast still came out medium/well at 145F.

Turned out good, but took forever to cook even with the recommend temp for a gas stove. Ended up having to up oven temp to 250, but still was in the oven for over 3.5 hours.

This recipe is so simple and turned out perfect!!! Will definitely make again!! I did turn my gas oven down to 170 after the initial 20 minutes at 500 degrees!!
Very tender!!!

So amazing and simple!
I am making this for the second time and will most likely use it when we entertain.

It turned out perfect. Using the 170degree setting for a gas range made all the difference after cooking the roast at 500 for 23 minutes. I used a 2.8 lb roast but cooked a larger one in an electric range a week ago with amazing results as well! Thanks for this recipe!

SO tasty! Will definitely make this again. Had to use the lowest temp method as our oven is gas, worked perfectly!

Followed the direction with a 2 & 1/2 pound roast and it came out perfectly!

I have a gas over, used the 170 degree method. Still didn’t finish cooking. It got up to 140 and then temp dropped.

Easy and tasty! I make it all the time according to the recipe.

Excellent flavor & tender

Delicious, but i should have followed the 170 degree approach. Meat Temperature topped out at 138 degrees, so I had to turn the oven back on to finish it.
