- 1/2 cup onion (finely diced)
- 2 Tbsp. cilantro (stems only, finely diced)
- 2 Tbsp. parsley (flat leaf, finely diced)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp. jalapeno (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs (each)
- 2 cups panko bread crumbs
- 4 cups oil (blended, for frying falafel)

It looks complicated, but when it comes down to it, it was very simple. I'd recommend halving the amount of lemon in the sour cream, but that's the only change I'd make.
