- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 avocado (mashed)
- 1 tsp. wasabi paste (or more, to taste)
- 1 cup sushi rice (cooked, or white rice)
- 6 slices pickled ginger
- 1/2 cup green onion (chopped)
- 1 cup salad (prepared seaweed, optional)
- sesame seeds (to garnish, optional)

Pretty good. Next time I will keep the wasabi and avocado separate so everyone can adjust to their own taste. I will also reconsider what sauce I coat the tofu in. The sauce I used was way too salty. I may even bown the tofu and only use a little teriyaki sauce.
