the batter is quite soggy, but i think maybe i didn't press enough water out of the tofu.
the taste is good.
i deep fried than put it inside the air fryer tofu to reduce the oil.

Loved it! Had a vegan over for drinks and she asked for the recipe. Didn’t miss the chicken at all
