I cut up my own chicken for this recipe. A few suggestion; make sure to LIGHTLY bread the chicken. Also taste the sauce as you’re making it — my first batch was a bit salty and so when I redid it I sort of customized the amounts to fit what I liked. Also make sure to get your oil hot before you fry so that it’s not submerged in the oil too long.

This is AMAZING. I didn’t have popcorn chicken so I just fried regular chicken nuggets and cut them in half afterwards.

It was delicious & I used Tyson Panko popcorn chicken that I heated in the oven first.

Good recipe. I added a couple twists since I made the nuggets from scratch instead of using premade and added fresh thai chili peppers.

It was good. I added red peppers and doubled the sauce. I didn’t use Popeyes chicken just chicken nuggets with a nice batter. I did alter the sauce by adding more hoisin, soya, chili flakes and sweet chili sauce...ok I gues that’s a lot of modifications

Really good. Will add a bit more hot pepper next time. Would like it a bit hotter. Also, will double recipe to coat chicken more thoroughly
