I tried several other recipes and this one turned out the best. I think the trick is using room temperature ingredients. The only change was that I reduced the salt to 1 tsp instead of 1 1/4. Great recipe!

Very easy to make. I used a hand mixer, for lighter, airy popovers. They popped up better then previous recipes I’ve tried. This is my go to from now on.

Loved this recipe! I used my blender for the ingredients and pulsed the egg and milk and then added the flour and salt. It so much easier to pour into cups. We’ll make it again.

Loved these. A bit more dense than my usual recipe but in a good way. They had a nice crust on them with a fluffy interior. This may very well be my new go to recipe.

I used black truffle salt for extra flavor and WOW—these turned out perfectly!!!

The directions call for it to cook too long. They burned.
