- 1/2 cup semolina (or bread crumbs for dusting)

- 2 Tbsp. oil (for shallow fry)
- 1 cup curd (whisked, or Yogurt)
- 1 Tbsp. coriander leaves (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp. cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp. red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar (adjust according to how sweet you want)
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour (plus little extra for dusting)
- 1 tsp. oil
- 1/2 cup water
- salt
- 3 Tbsp. ghee (Clarified butter to apply on roti)
