Took a bit longer then expected but one of the best meals I’ve ever made family loved it and so did I. Great recipe

It was a long process to make but also very worth it! The pork came out so yummy and crispy and juicy and the bao buns were pretty fluffy.
I didn’t have a steamer so I just used some tin foil rolled into balls with a heat resistant plate and the buns came out totally fine~ definitely making these again another day, preferably when we have company because this makes quite a bit.
