It turned out very well. About the only criticism would be the optimistic instructions concerning freezing and reheating; the results are perfectly palatable -- but not a match for the original.

This will definitely stay on rotation. The first night I served it street taco style and the leftovers were used in burrito bowls.

Easy and AWESOME!!! We served it at a dinner party and it was gobbled up.

This came out really well. I opted to use freshly squeezed oranges for the juice and have also used “cuties” for a stronger orange taste. I absolutely despise the texture of fat, so I always trim my meats and never have an issue of dryness with this recipe.

It was good, I made it in the crock pot. I served it as street tacos with onion and cilantro on corn tortillas.

very good! followed the crock pot directions so easy and delicious.

Excellent. I've made it several time now and it is always delicious.

So delicious! Great for leftovers too!!

Made exactly as the recipe says and it was wonderful. It did have a lot of liquid at the end. But that’s where an amazing amount of flavor is. Don’t skip that step . I did have a problem shredding the pork on the foil. The foil shredded as well and had lots of little pieces of foil I had to pick out. Do that on a plate and then transfer to the baking sheet

my family loved it i left out the cumin and added ancho seasoning, and used orange juice instead of oranges

The best meat I've ever made. This is food ecstasy.

Turned out fantastic

Out of this world! I used OJ because that’s all I had, and I added a bit of garlic just because it seemed like it needed it. So very yummy, I will definitely make this again.

Added several garlic cloves into the bath just to alter the flavor. Make sure you reduce the stock and then broil to get that nice char. It came out tender and moist with that initial crisp of the first bite. Recipe saved!

Flavorful and Delicious! Easy to make

My go-to Tex-Mex pulled pork recipe. Seasoning is excellent and the broiling step puts the "icing on the cake". Delicious.

Yummly User 4 years ago
Amazing! Don't reduce the stock too far, very salty!

Yummly User 4 years ago
The chef was correct about the 8 minute broil. The tips of the pork carmalized and it was delicious.

Yummly User 4 years ago
This was fantastic. I wish I had added a little more citrus. The broiling makes it.

I love this! And i'm going to try it!

The flavor and crispy tenderness was incredible!!!

I used instapot to cook the meat. it turned out very good

Yummly User 4 years ago
delicious! made in the crock pot, then crisped a bit in the oven. lovely flavor.

Yummly User 4 years ago
It was very tasty! Since it’s just the 2 of us, I froze half of the meat before broiling. That way the meat won’t get too dry reheating it.

Yummly User 4 years ago
Delish! A little too salty, but will definitely make again! Great for casual entertaining

Pressure cooked the meat in 30 minutes cut down on a lot of time. Found that it could have used some paprika. Lacking in some seasoning.

amazing flavor. made it as written.

These were absolutely deliciulous. I did sub chicken broth for water and used fresh lime juice. I made them in the Instant Pot pressure cooker in 30 minutes and then put them under the broiler. Everyone said our tacos were restaurant quality tonight!

I absolutely love this recipe and have made it many times. I do add a teaspoon of cayenne because I like some spice and substitute chicken broth for the water. I also use 2 fresh limes and cut in half instead of lime juice out of the bottle. Other than that, wouldn't change a thing. I make enchiladas, tacos, breakfast burritos out of each batch. Love my dutch oven ❤

Today I made this fabulous recipe . I'm cooking it right now in my oven. I plan on making the flour tortillas as well. Even though it's Trumps birthday I think we should eat well.
