The sauce is a little thicker and tangier than I would like.

If I were to ever make this again, I would do it differently than the recipe states. The chicken was dry and the sauce was not good. There was way too much soy sauce for me and the sauce thickened way too much.
Maybe this was just my experience though; don't just take my word for it.
