My first time making English Muffins. I used fresh flour and had to use a bit more because of it. They turned out very well :)

Will not change also used for pizza crust

Easy, quick and delicious! I had seen other recipes that called for the dough to rest for 18 hours and I was NOT in the mood to wait for that long. Glad I found this amazing recipe.

Wow! Fast and simple ... only problem I had was not knowing what # to use when frying on low heat. 2 was too low and I had to raise temp after flipping to compensate. Next time I’ll set dial to 3 or 4. 🤔

Awesome, now I can make myself a breakfast sandwich turkey sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin I love it!!

These are insanely good!! I have to control myself because I just ate 2 right out of the skillet and they are so delicious I would eat the whole batch if I could. Will definitely make this again. I didn’t have cornmeal so I used some sesame seeds. You can skip it all together if you don’t have. I griddled in butter. And, I needed to raise the temp on the cooking a bit to allow them to cook fully. But, best thing I have made in ages!!

My new favorite!!! Even my husband likes it. This is a keeper.

Aside from them taking longer to raise (the house is cool) they turned out good. I will be making these again!

So delicious. Easy. I made them on a griddle so I didn’t have to do batches, which was nice time-wise. Will definitely make this recipe again.

Family like them! Very soft.

Takes a little practice. 2nd batch better than the first. lots of nooks and crannies with second batch. the 1st didnt rise very well. getting the heat right on the frying part was also a challenge. over tasty

hard to cook through so you have to keep an eye on them when theyre cooking

Really soft and quite amazing

Easy but a little time consuming, but well worth it!

Very yummy! I personally would add another half tbsp of sugar though. I found that putting the dough in the pan risen/rounded side down for the first side helped them cook flatter rather than ending up somewhat domed. :) thank you for a yummy recipe!
