    Turned out great!! cinnamon is my favorite spice so I added a little extra and also 2 tbs of brown sugar. Nice and creamy just the way I like it.

    The flavour is different than most rice pudding. Cooked rice and honey I think we're the main culprits. Honestly I'll stick with the traditional ingredients and method next time.

    Needed more sweetener, I had used coconut sugar being out of honey. Probably could have used another egg too as it wasn’t very thick. I could have added some raisins too

    I like this recipe but it was also the first time I have made it so I might need to tweak it a little more to my taste.
