Pork needs to be cut in strips for this as it is a bit tough being already cooked. Very tasty, and easy to put whatever you have on hand.

This really repurposed a pork roast that was a little dry into a very different meal that was a hit! Will do this again.

I won't be making this again. Flavor not well balanced at all. Way too much soy sauce flavor. My family did not enjoy this at all.
