Love this! Made it mostly as written, except I used vegetable oil instead of coconut oil (didn’t have any) and I added a bit of smoked paprika to the spices. I also salted the chickpeas right after they came out of the oven and before cooling. I see lots of ways to customize this, use what you’ve got on hand, and change it for different family members. Delicious balance between salty and sweet, a great snack to have on hand.
