This is a fabulous recipe! I followed the recipe with the exception of also adding the minced garlic with the garlic powder (I like garlic).
It took about 30 minutes for the 0.89 lb. Pork Tenderloin to reach 145 degrees in the gas oven. Then at about 20 minutes, I drizzled some Avocado Oil on the cauliflower and broccoli.
We did not have the ingredients for the sauce so just mashed some avocados with salt, pepper, Greek Seasoning and lime juice!
Shear perfection.

One of the best I've ever had. It was a bit spicy but I like that so just spice to your preference. I like that this is an easy and quick way to make delicious pork tenderloin.

Fantastic and easy! All in the cast iron skillet I used grape seed oil to prevent smoking so the alarms didn’t go off when searing the pork. With the green beans, I cooked a sweet onion, sliced mushrooms and chopped fresh tomatoes all a wonderful addition

It’s turned out very good. I add a bit of thyme to flavor up. Overall taste yummy.

Love this recipe! I add a little water to my black iron skillet to loosen the browned bits before putting it in the oven. Then, when I slice it, I lay it in the juice so it can soak it up. Yum!

Very good! Husband liked. A walk on the spicy side but not overly spicy. Just right.

great recipe. i seared the meat in my 101/2 ‘ cast iron skillet though omitting some spices like onion powder . then putting it directly into the oven, skillet and all . next time i’ll finish it in my air fryer . what time, and temperature adjustments are need for this appliance compared to regukllar ovens? my air fryer is a 5.8 qt. model by Cosori. 4stars

It came out perfect, not to mention so quick and easy!
I loved using my new cast iron pan! I never thought of making it this way-- but it's the best way! It gives the meat a nice tasty outer layer. I will definitely make again! Thank you!

Very delicious and juicy, loved the spices. Served with baked potato and asparagus. The asparagus I put in the cast iron pan, and put the tenderloin on top. I was worried the asparagus would be over cooked, but no it wasn’t. Delicious and easy, definitely making again.

It was pretty decent. I will do it again. Perhaps with some other spice or savory sauce. I complemented it w/ steamed broccoli and rice. The pork is gooooooone. 😋🍽😂

Super good! My cut was really narrow, so had trouble with the thermometer. Cooked around 30 minutes for 2 lb 14 oz tenderloin that came in two pieces.

This was an easy recipe and very delicious. I cooked it a little longer in the oven. 17 mins to have just a touch of pink . Next day I took the left overs and mixed with home made salsa for pork tacos!!
