A very straight forward recipe. The oven tames the sharp taste of radishes well. If made with oil & butter then expect them to have a glazed creamy finish. Do place them under the grill for the final five minutes to really crisp these up, and don’t be afraid of too much salt. Bonus points for baking in a clay dish, instead of metal.
