Very moist and flavorful! Cooking times and temps were perfect. Brined for 16 hours and soaked/rinsed per the referenced article before cooking. Only change, might just rinse well after 16 hours or brine for 24 hours and soak/rinse.

This Turkey was the moistest, most flavorful Turkey I think I’ve ever had in my life! It was so moist, I second guessed myself on whether or not it was even done! I’ll never use another Turkey recipe again!

It was so “ono!” Or delicious. Mahalo nui or Big Thank You 🙏🏽 for sharing your recipe. Added a little garlic, onions, carrots, celeries, orange, and lemon slices stuffed inside. Mixed the soft butter with poultry herbs along with salt, pepper, and orange & lemon shavings. “Da Buggah wuz a WIN-NAH!!” 🤙🏽 cheh cheng 💰 BOOM 💥 KANANI !!! 😎

This recipe was great! I just kept my turkey little more in oven to have crispy outer layer and it was awesome!
