I replaced the Oyster sauce with Nippon Shokken USA eel sauce and it was delicious!

6 cups of rice is way too much!!!! 1-2 cups rice is fine. Use the spam can as a mold, line the inside with saran wrap (clear plastic wrap). Then scoop a couple spoonfuls of rice into the bottom. Spam slice stacked on top of rice and pressed together. Pull out the Saran Wrap and place on the nori and roll. The sauce is also too much quantity. And way too much fish sauce. I’ve made spam Musubi for years and this recipe is wrong

This recipe is great. I really like the way the food came out. I do like brown sugar with it the most, but other than that, it is perfect!

It was DELICIOUS!!! My siblings loved it! I used less sodium Spam and less sodium Kikkoman. It was a little bit too sweet, so I recommend using regular Spam or regular Kikkoman. Not less sodium for both. But it was still really good! Will definitely make more soon!

This was good but a little too salty for me, even after using the less-sodium versions of soy sauce and Spam. Next time around I'm going to try using less sauce/more rice.

The recipe says 30min BUT it took me two hours ; you have to account for the time it takes to cook the rice, let the rice cool & then the actual prep of the rolls. It tastes delicious however, I was very disappointed by the misleading time on this recipe
