this was my first attempt at making a salmon ceviche... I added a small mango. this dish was gone in no time!!!

Yummly! I have made it a couple times and have used cilantro instead of parsley. You will wan to make a double batch, one you you and one for the guests 😉

Great flavor -- added some cooked shrimp at the end!! It was all gone!!!
