Good receipe for salmon patties. I did adjust slightly by using 50g plain bread crumbs instead of a slice of bread, and I tried it with lemon zest the first time I made, but even with a microplane zester I just felt it was a little to present of a taste. I do like the flavor the lemon juice adds. I use half sharp Hungarian paprika instead of the standard sweet paprika found in most grocery stores. After making once with dried dill and the other with fresh, go with fresh if possible. Gives a brighter flavor.
