This came out great - it was flavorful and very easy to make. The best part was my husband who doesn't like zucchini actually tried it and liked it!

Very good!! Used ground lamb because I had it & it was delicious. This recipe advised just to discard the zucchini pulp because it’s too watery. Did that and it made a huge difference in how these turned out. Others said to chop pulp but, combined with sauce, that makes filling too liquid. Pretty easy to make and my husband who doesn’t normally like zucchini really liked these.
